Jaidyn reviews every request personally and confirms by email, usually within a day. That time slot is then held for you.

24-hour cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
$25 deposit
A $25 deposit secures your appointment once it's approved. It's applied toward your total on the day.
Rabies vaccine (dogs & cats)
Proof of a current rabies vaccination is required for dogs and cats, where applicable.
Arrive on time
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a reschedule and forfeit of the deposit.
Matting fees apply
Heavily matted coats take extra time and care. De-matting fees are added based on condition.
Pricing varies
Final pricing depends on species, coat condition, matting, behaviour and the handling your pet needs.
