If you pay a deposit, payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number — that information is handled directly by the processor.

  • To review, confirm, and manage your appointment.
  • To contact you about your request, booking, or deposit.
  • To prepare for your pet's visit and provide our services.
  • To keep records of past appointments and basic business needs.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked us to.

How we share information

We only share information with service providers that help us run the business — for example, our payment processor (to take deposits) and our email provider (to send you confirmations). These providers may only use your information to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Photos of your pet

We may photograph your pet and share before-and-after photos on our website or social media. These photos feature pets, not personal details about you. If you'd prefer we don't share photos of your pet, just let us know and we'll respect that.

The public site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. A single secure cookie is used only to keep staff logged in to the private management dashboard.

Data retention

We keep appointment and contact records for as long as needed to run the business and meet any legal or accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

Children

This site is intended for adults booking grooming services. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
